Our Accounts Department is there to work with patients and their insurance plans to coordinate payment for any medical services provided by our health care providers. Their jobs include verifying insurance eligibility, answering questions from you concerning your responsibility, processing insurance claims, and insurance and payment issues. Our guidelines for billing are directed through our contracts with the insurance company. Should you have any questions prior to services being render, please ask the provider if the procedure ordered is covered or not. Our provider may refer you to a representative of the Accounts Department of the Practice in order to help you make a more informed decision. If you need special payment arrangements, please contact our business office to speak to one of our patient financial representatives. Please understand that we are here as an advocate for you and your child. We aim to ensure that you receive the best possible treatment whether or not you have insurance.
